Lisa C. McCrystal, Esq.

Before seeking her law degree, Lisa was a probate paralegal at Wharton Law Group. It was during her time as a paralegal that she was able to gain invaluable experience in all aspects of the probate process before attending Stetson University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.

While at Stetson, Lisa focused her studies on Elder Law and Contracts. Lisa participated in many volunteer activities both on and off campus while at Stetson and had the honor of completing an externship for the Seminole County Circuit Court's Probate Division during her last year. After her externship ended, Lisa requested, and was granted permission, to stay on as a volunteer with the Probate Division, during which she focused her efforts primarily on Guardianships. At graduation, Lisa was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award in recognition of her volunteer work devoted to Elder law.

Lisa focuses primarily in Elder Law and Fiduciary Litigation, however she also represents clients in numerous other civil matters.

Lisa is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator and is also authorized to serve as an arbitrator in Florida state courts.
